什么是 Skills

Skills（Skills）是 Claude Code 中的一种开放标准，用于扩展 AI 代理的能力。通过将指令、脚本和资源组织到文件夹中，Skills 允许 AI 代理动态发现和使用专业知识来更好地完成任务。

Skills 的核心是一个简单的文件夹结构，包含一个必需的 SKILL.md 文件。这个文件使用 YAML 前置元数据和 Markdown 指令来定义 Skill 的功能和使用方式。
